Description
Location. Hotel Meeting is located on the outskirts of Rome, Italy, two kilometres from Ciampino train station and three kilometres from the Anagnina metro stop. Rome Ciampino Airport is four kilometres away and Rome's historic centre is 15 kilometres from the hotel.
Hotel Features. Hotel Meeting is a modern five storey business hotel. All floors are accessible by lift. The air conditioned lobby doubles as a television lounge, with wooden flooring complemented by slate grey furnishings in a contemporary, angular style. The lobby offers complimentary newspapers and wireless Internet access (surcharge). The front desk is open around the clock. Motorists will find complimentary parking on site.
The in house bar serves drinks and light snacks. Hotel Meeting offers a complimentary continental buffet breakfast each morning, consisting of cheeses, pastries, cold cuts and yoghurts.
The hotel houses two conference rooms able to accommodate up to 130 people.
Guestrooms. The 44 guestrooms have parquet floors, modern, light wood furniture and contemporary patterned fabrics. All offer bathrooms with tubs and showers, electronic safes large enough for laptops, minibars, satellite television and high speed Internet connections (surcharge).
Expert Tip. The ancient Roman funeral way known as the Via Appia Antica, five kilometres from Hotel Meeting, is a fascinating place for a stroll. Lined with pines and stately cypresses and paved with its original blocks of basalt, the road strikes due south east with ruler straight precision through fields strewn with ruined tombs.

Distance to Hotel Meeting is four kilometres, approximately 10 minutes' drive.
Getting there. Licensed taxis cost around 15 25 EUR (including airport surcharge) to Hotel Meeting. The Schiaffini bus, labelled Anagnia via Ciampino, runs from the airport to Anagnia metro station, three kilometres from the hotel. Alternatively, contact the hotel and request the hotel's minibus shuttle service (surcharge).
Getting around. Rome's historic city centre is easy to explore on foot, as many attractions are located close together. The city has an efficient public transport system, including trams, buses, suburban trains and metro (underground). Tickets can be purchased from tobacconists and ATAC ticket machines, and should be bought prior to boarding. Single tickets cost 1 EUR, and are valid for 75 minutes, covering one metro trip and unlimited bus travel. The hotel operates a shuttle bus service to Anagnina metro, which may be used as a taxi service on request (surcharge). Driving in the city centre is not advised for visitors.
Driving directions. From Ciampino Airport, take the Via Appia Nuova towards the city centre and the GRA outer orbital road (Grande Raccordo Anulare).
Three kilometres on, after crossing the GRA, take the exit labelled Napoli/Tuscolana/Firenze on the right.
Carry on to the next exit, marked Ciampino/Gregna Sant'Andrea/Zona Industriale.
Take this exit, and the hotel is straight ahead.
