Description
Location. Happy Village is located in the Park of Veio on the outskirts of Rome, Italy, four kilometres from Prima Porta metro station and 10 kilometres from the city centre and its historic sights.
Hotel Features. This bungalow style hotel is surrounded by greenery in a quiet, rural area of Rome. Happy Village has an outdoor pool surrounded by a low brick wall and green shrubs and there is a separate swimming pool available seasonally for children. Multilingual staff operate the 24 hour front desk and offer concierge services, currency exchange, and the use of a safe deposit box. A complimentary bus departs for the nearby metro station regularly and complimentary secure parking is available on site.
Happy Restaurant Pizzeria and Bar is situated on the veranda facing the pool. The restaurant serves traditional Italian dishes and offers a panoramic view of the surrounding area.
Guestrooms. Happy Village offers 72 individual bungalow guestrooms extending to small gardens with patio furniture. The guestrooms feature a classic decor with Italian walnut furniture. Amenities include air conditioning, satellite television, and refrigerators.

Distance to Happy Village is 30 kilometres, approximately 30 minutes' drive.
Getting there. The Leonardo Express runs between the airport and the Termini train station in the city centre every 30 minutes. The journey time is about 35 minutes and single tickets cost 9.50 EUR. From Termini railway, take Metro 'A' to Flaminio, then change and take Roma Nord line to Prima Porta station. From Prima Porta station, complimentary shuttles depart for the hotel. Alternatively, Happy Village can organise airport transfers for a surcharge. Taxis depart for the hotel and cost about 50 EUR. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Rome's historic city centre is easy to explore on foot, as many attractions are located close together. The city has an efficient public transport system, including trams, buses, suburban trains, and metro (underground). Tickets can be purchased from tobacconists and ATAC ticket machines, and should be bought prior to boarding. Single tickets cost 1 EUR, and are valid for 75 minutes, covering one metro trip and unlimited bus travel. Driving in the city centre is not advised for visitors.
