Description
Location. The modern Hotel Gioberti in Rome, Italy, is situated on the corner of lively Via Gioberti and Via Giovanni, within 100 metres of Termini train station and the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. The hotel is two metro stops from the Forum and Colosseum and one kilometre from the Trevi Fountain. Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and the Spanish Steps are within two kilometres.
Hotel Features. The hotel has a garden, and there is a television room on site. The 24 hour front desk has concierge staff on hand.
Gioberti Bar serves drinks and snacks, as well as complimentary continental buffet breakfast including cold cuts, cheese and bread.
The hotel has a meeting room accommodating up to 25 people. Complimentary newspapers are provided in the lobby lounge.

Distance to Hotel Gioberti is 20 kilometres, approximately 40 minutes' drive.
Getting there. The Leonardo Express runs between the airport and the Termini train station in the city centre every 30 minutes. The station is one block from the hotel. The journey time is about 35 minutes and single tickets cost 9.50 EUR. The Terravision shuttle bus runs between the airport and Termini station. Taxis to the city centre cost about 60 EUR, and taking a metered licensed taxi is advised. The hotel can also arrange airport transport on request. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. The hotel is on Via Gioberti. Rome's historic city centre is easy to explore on foot, as many attractions are located close together. The city has an efficient public transport system, including trams, buses, suburban trains, and metro (underground). Tickets can be purchased from tobacconists and ATAC ticket machines, and should be bought prior to boarding. Single tickets cost 1 EUR, and are valid for 75 minutes, covering one metro trip and unlimited bus travel. Driving in the city centre is not advised for visitors. The hotel has parking facilities nearby.
