Description
Location. The Hotel Baltic is located in Rome, Italy, opposite the Porto Pia and 700 metres from Termini station. The luxury boutiques and chic cafes of Via Veneto are one kilometre away, and the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps are within two kilometres.
Hotel Features. Housed in a 19th century building, the hotel is spread over three storeys accessible by lift. The front desk is open 24 hours a day and multilingual staff can organise airport transfers and offer discounts at a nearby car park.
Guests of Hotel Baltic can start the day with complimentary continental breakfast, and the onsite cafe bar is open until midnight for drinks and snacks.
Guestrooms. All 23 guestrooms are air conditioned and have private bathrooms with showers. Amenities include colour televisions, direct dial phones, minibars, safes and hairdryers.

Distance to Hotel Baltic is 30 kilometres, approximately 40 minutes' drive.
Getting there. The Leonardo Express runs between the airport and Termini train station in the city centre every 30 minutes. The journey time is about 35 minutes and single tickets cost 9.50 EUR. The Terravision shuttle bus also runs between the airport and Termini station. The hotel is 700 metres from Termini station; guests can either walk or take bus number 910 and alight at Via XX Settembre, where the hotel is located. A taxi from the airport to the hotel will cost about 50 EUR; taking a metered licensed taxi is advised. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Rome's historic city centre is easy to explore on foot, as many attractions are located close together. The city has an efficient public transport system, including trams, buses, suburban trains, and metro (underground). Tickets can be purchased from tobacconists and ATAC ticket machines, and should be bought prior to boarding. Single tickets cost 1 EUR, and are valid for 75 minutes, covering one metro trip and unlimited bus travel. Driving in the city centre is not advised for visitors.
